The February 2026 release brings a number of important enhancements designed to improve user efficiency and expand AI-powered capabilities across the BluSKY platform.

Key improvements include:

Interactive Maps – Labels Enhancements
Updates to label behavior and UI across Interactive Maps ensure stronger permission controls, better display of mask images, and more consistent label validation and presentation. User-added labels now have full edit control, system labels are protected from unintended changes, and the auto-label pipeline has been optimized for data lake mask management.

AI Ticketing (beta)
The AI Ticketing module receives several enhancements to filtering, SLA configuration, and workflow management. New Slack-style controls simplify ticket categorization and filtering, while AI-based suggestions help speed issue resolution and reduce manual effort.

Oracle Intelligence & OracleChat
This release introduces the new Oracle Intelligence module inside BluSKY, delivering conversational AI access to operational, access-control, and visitor data. The upgraded OracleChat Agentic System v1.2 adds multi-agent natural-language assistance for report generation, people administration, and automated insights — all with row-level security filtering.

People Administration via Chat
Users can now query details like person information, roles, permissions, and access rights directly through the conversational AI interface.
