The Person Reader is a cutting-edge device that serves as an all-in-one intelligent reader, intercom, camera, and visitor entry system. It offers multiple models, including the PR-S, PR-M3, PR-LT3 & PR-DDE-LT3, PR-XLT3 & PR-DDE-XLT3, PR-2XLT3 & PR-DDE-2XLT3, with either a touchscreen or mechanical keypad.

The Person Reader is simple and fast to use, with no need for an enrollment procedure. It will recognize you on your first visit, and continuously learn your appearance over time. As an intercom, it is a two-way audio/video communication device that is SIP-based, and can integrate seamlessly with most intercom systems.

Visitors can use the Person Reader as a self-check-in station, by finding their pre-registered record by name, bar or QR code. The Person Reader can also read and assign credentials, take photos, and check-in and announce visitors. It can operate in both attended or unattended modes.

Lastly, as a camera, it can associate a photo or video with every entry attempt and future versions will include video streaming to third-party video recorders and video and audio analytics. The Person Reader offers unparalleled functionality, and competes with much less capable identity and entry devices.
